After the phenomenal portrayal in the film “Joker”, Joaquin Phoenix returns to the screen for the first time in a completely different role, proving the genius of the actor. This time, Phoenix is a radio journalist who travels around America to record children’s thoughts on the modern world. The carefree life of a lonely man turns upside down when he is joined by his nine-year-old nephew. Bright conversations between the two reveal different worldviews. This black and white film is an ode to a child who lives in each of us.
