Kai Art Center

Kai Art Center is the cultural heart of the seaside Noblessner harbor complex in Tallinn, Estonia. In a century-old former submarine plant, visitors will encounter contemporary art exhibitions by both local and international artists, a cinema, three restaurants and a cocktail bar, a coworking space and various venues for events.
